Take 2 Sports Titles to Wii

Publisher Take-Two is considering developing some of its sports game titles for the Nintendo Wii platform, according to comments made by the firm’s CFO, Karl Winters.

Perhaps taking a cue from Nintendo’s own Wii Sports games, or EA’s interest in creating bespoke versions of Madden and other titles for the innovative next-gen platform, Winters told investors that it was an area of interest to the publisher. Click here for the full story.

DVD in Latest ONM

The latest issue of the Official Nintendo Magazine is now reported to include a special Wii DVD which includes footage from Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, WiiAirplane and much more. If you live in the UK, grab yourself a copy as soon as it’s available for purchase. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that Nintendo Power does the same for the August issue that is due out later this month. Nintendo Power has released a DVD before so this seems to be not totally out of the question. We will keep you updated as usual.
