This wonderful little quote was found on GoNintendo. The had talked with their official Nintendo Rep about the delay of the PS3 and this is what she had to say:
Wii is on track to ship in Q4, Nintendo plans to ship 6 million systems to retailers around the world between its launch in the fourth quarter of 2006 and the end of its fiscal year on March 31, 2007.
Strong words from Nintendo. I know that I will be one of the 6 million playing Wii, will you?
You may have seen this video before. Last week we showed you first leaked pictures of the Wii Kiosk unit that will appear in stores in late October/early November. If we watch the video closely we notice something and a question ran through my brain and also Falafa’s brain while watching this video. Why is there two TV screens for the kiosk? Is there STILL something that we don’t know? Speculate below and leave a comment. I am interested in hearing what you guys have to say.
Let the information start! A ton of information about the upcoming Far Cry title for the Nintendo Wii was released online today. The info. stems from 1up message boards as well as the official IGN boards. This paraphrase was brought to you by the good guys at GoNintendo. Here is what they had to report:
- Renamed Far Cry: Vengeance (YES not “Far Cry Wii”)
- Jump with nunchuck by lifting it
- Slash Wiimote to make a feral attack, nunchuck to hit enmies in the back, ect.
- Move Wiimote forward to zoom
- Slash across screen for knife attack
- Focusing both on graphics and gameplay, not straight port from Xbox versions. (sweet)
- Unvealed on the 14th.
