It seems as though certain Target’s are getting ready for the big N’s 5th console launch by preparing a spot in its entertainment section. I know that my local Target in NY does not have their sign up but I am sure it is only a matter of time. If your local Target is gearing up for the Wii launch, send us some pictures and we will post them on the site.

A ton of people are just waiting patiently (or not so patiently if you’re me) to pre-order Nintendo Wii. I am one o those people who already has their money set aside and will be flying to the store once they start the preorder campaign.
On September 17, Amazon.com ran preorders for the big N’s sth console and literally sold out in a matter of hours. The preorders were said to start at 6am and sold out by 11 am. If this is a sign of things to come, Nintendo should be grinning from ear to ear.
Speaking of preorders, it is rumored that the Nintendo world store located in NYC, is said to have Wii’s “in the thousands” on launch day. If you plan on preordering one at the Nintendo world store, please shoot me an e-mail and take pictures of the event. I would love to see what it looked like and your photo’s will be shown on the site.
Finally- keep in mind that we ran a story that pertained to preordering Wii. Keep those eyes and ears open gamers. In a couple of days a major video game retail store (hint hint) will be preordering the system soon.
