News Channel Live!

Nintendos recent upgrade of the Nintendo Wii features a new waether channel! The channel has a 3D globe in which you can spin and check the temperature in various cities around the world, as well as a five day forecast. Other than that, the new channel is quite basic, and doesnt offer any advanced features.
I have not downloaded the channel as of right now, so if any readers out there have, please leave your impressions in the comment section. If the comment section isn’t your bag, join our Forumns! We will keep you updated on all future upgrades to the Wii channels.

Final Fantasy Wii?

The good guys over at randomnewz reported the following:
Recently Square-Enix has announced the latest installment of Dragon Quest on the DS and it seems like they are giving Nintendo a tremendous amount of support contrary to last gen. But there is even a bigger game that Square will be releasing on Nintendos home console the Wii, Final Fantasy. From a Square rep. we have recieved a tip that a Final Fantasy is being developed as I type this out. It wont be a sequal to the latest FFs but rather it will be similar to the DSs FF3 and can be said to be a port/remake. This is great news to all Wii owners.
More good news for Nintendo Wii. Game ON!
