Sadness to be Adult Only?

It seems as though there are big plans for Nibris game Sadness. On a recent trip over to their site, they asked me if I was at least 21 years of age and suffer from any heart condition. Do you think that this could be the scariest game ever created? Only time will tell so keep it here.
