Weekend Fun!

And now for another edition of “Weekend Fun“. Here is where I ask you guys, the gamers, What are you playing this weekend?

My weapons choices for this weekend are as follows: Yoshi’s Island (Wow this game has been amazing thus far. I am thoroughly enjoying this game and I hope to gain some ground to coming close to completion of the title) and Gears of War (through xbox live….Gamertag- Gameonrevo of course)

I will also be watching extensive amounts of playoff football and Buffalo Sabres hockey. Let’s go Buffalo!

Best Game of CES? Cooking Mama

While Nintendo may not have been in attendance, Wired recently picked Cooking Mama as the Best Game at CES. Here is what they had to report:

Apart from Nintendos own games, its tough to find games for Wii that make innovative use of the motion controls. Thats why were so pumped to start making virtual cuisine in Majescos Cooking Mama: Cook-Off. Slice the tomatoes by carefully moving the controller in an up-and-down motion, then grind the hamburger by cranking the Wiimote like a meat grinders handle. A two-player mode is the icing on the cake. Or the ketchup, to extend the metaphor.

Elebits Comic

Konami just released the rights to publish on online comic based on their addictive title Elebits. Being a huge fan of the game, I cannot wait to check this out. I love the art style. What do you guys think?
