I have the GC version of course, but you know I’ll be buying this one too. The controls: aiming, knifing and reloading sound too good to pass up with the Wii remote. Also there is a debate going at NeoGaf about the Wii version seeing a slight graphic update as well. Most likely a texture upgrade and true 16:9 Widescreen and 480P. They were comparing the GC version with the Wii version in screenshots and it did look like the Wii version had more crisp wall textures.

Yeah I cannot wait to pick this game up. I really hope that Capcom smooths out the textures a little (not that it looked bad by no means).

I can play games with violence in them, but I don’t enjoy being scared. So, I didn’t pick this one up on the GCN and I probably won’t be picking it up on the Wii unless a few things happens:
Much to everyone’s dismay, Capcom censors the game to get a better response on the Wii.
I get some real nerves.
Anyway, it appears that they’ve improved the graphics already so even if it is a port, it will be a tad more successful than some ports whose graphics went to heck.
