Metal Gear Solid creator and head of Kojima Productions Hideo Kojima recently had a chance to play the latest build of Nintendo’s upcoming Super Smash Brothers Brawl and came away impressed with its progress.
Kojima also states in a recent podcast that the highly anticipated Wii fighter feels “very complete” and that if Nintendo wanted to, the game could be released tomorrow.

Nintendo may have just become a major player in the RPG realm. Bandai Namco Holdings issued a press release today announcing that it will transfer 80% of its 96% stake in Monolith Soft to Nintendo, effective May 1!!
A huge move for Nintendo and a breath of relief for RPG fans everywhere. Monolith is known for its work on the Xenosaga series as well as Baten Kaitos for the Nintendo Gamecube.
