You don’t necessarily need to be an RPG fan to respect what Square Enix has done within the gaming world. A company of this magnitude will, by itself, sway consumers to purchase numerous amounts of systems just by throwing their support for that specific console. According to GoNintendo, it appears as though Square Enix is very pleased as to how Nintendo has done thus far and is disappointed on how well Sony’s PS3 has performed. Check out the quote below:
Square Enix senior VP Michihiro Sasaki stated during an interview that he is very happy with how Nintendo is doing. He sees the expansion of the game industry through the casual gaming experience as a positive. Mr. Saskai also stated that he was a bit worried by the sales of the PS3. Will we be seeing more Square-Enix titles headed to the Wii?
