I Preordered WiiFit Today…

Mark my words gamers, if you want WiiFit on launch day, preorder it now. I have a feeling that this title WILL sell out on launch day. The title has already sold millions in the land of the rising sun and will no doubt hit stride with American gamers when it’s released. $89.99 is a fair price for the title and with Nintendo’s biggest marketing push; this game will be hard to come by.

Only time will tell but I think we may have another shortage of “Wii proportions” next month…

Have you preordered it yet?

It’s been a while since I have done an image of the day so I decided, why not bring it back?! Below is just a little image that I thought you all may enjoy on this fine day (it’s like 65 and sunny where I am at). Here’s hoping it will come Stateside.

DS Remake Rumor Squashed!

Whenever a rumor comes out, typically the videogame company always responds with these words (and I am paraphrasing here but you get the drift), “We (insert company name here) cannot comment on any rumors… so leave us the heck alone”

A few short days ago we reported a rumor that this years E3 may be the place where the Big N reveals yet a 3rd redesign for their money making machine, Nintendo DS.

Well gamers it seems like we can now officially put the rumor to rest. Check out the quote below that stems from the good guys over at IGN:

“We cannot comment on the specifics of what will be announced at E3,” said Nintendo of Japan’s head of PR, “but at the very least there won’t be anything like what Mr. Hamamura suggested, so would like to clearly deny this. We’re having a hard time understanding what kind of evidence [Hamamura] had for saying this.” Doesn’t leave much room for interpretation, does it?

Representatives tend not to respond so strongly when they know a claim is true, so this seems to put the rumor to bed, though we are left with the question of why Hamamura originally made the suggestion.

They say anything can happen but after reading this, I think it’s safe to say we won’t see a redesign anytime this year. I’ll keep you all updated.

New Screens of Tales of Symphonia Look Fantastic!

Posted on Apr 16, 2008 12:38:01 PM

Get ready for an amazing RPG that will blow the doors off of the Nintendo Wii when it’s finally released. I am talking about the sequel to the Gamecube hit Tales of Symponia. Below are some brand new screens of the title in action and I can’t wait until its release. I am so pumped that some of our old friends are returning in this game. Enjoy.
