Wii is a Virus…

Epic President Mike Capps had some rather interesting words for the Nintendo Wii, stating that it spreads like a virus, but then “nobody turns it on.” Check out a quote from the article below:

In a recent interview with IGN, Epic Games President Michael Capps shared his viewpoint on
Nintendo’s Wii console. He acknowledges Nintendo’s fabulous success, but he also expresses great disappointment in the Wii.

I can’t believe that we’re getting this high quality of games from WiiWare so early in it’s cycle. I am very pleased at this announcement and I hope you all enjoyed the video as much as I did. Makes me wonder what’s next for the Wii….

Street Fighter IV Wii Bound?

Maybe I was wrong…Apparently Wii may see the phenomenal looking Street Fighter IV after all gamers! Check it out below:

The scan, seen below, states DVD footage of the game on Wii, amongst others.

My Thoughts:
I think my prayers have just been answered. Although we have to still consider this one to be a rumor as of right now, Capcom has seen decent success on Nintendo Wii and I would assume that the company would want to spread this popular franchise as far as the eye could see. Only time will tell but I am really keeping my fingers crossed for this one.
